MiFERT&i

What is the MiFERT&i Test?

It is a unique and innovative test that allows for a comprehensive analysis of the endometrium combining the precise identification of the implantation window using advanced transcriptomic technologies, with a detailed study of the immunological and microbiological profile of the endometrial tissue. This comprehensive evaluation provides key information about endometrial functionality and its ability to support embryo implantation, being an essential tool in personalised fertility treatments and assisted reproduction.

With the MiFERT&i Test, a 360° diagnosis is performed by measuring bacteria, including those that cause chronic endometritis, protozoa, fungi, and viruses, to which we couple membrane immune response markers. This provides us with the widest diagnostic range, with >90% implantation after the identification and eradication of pathogens, the lowest rebiopsy rate on the market, and high success rates.

The endometrial environment plays an essential role in female fertility.

What is MiFERT&i used for?

Several studies indicate that approximately 30% of cases of unexplained infertility, repeated implantation failures, or recurrent pregnancy losses could be associated with altered endometrial receptivity, immunological imbalances, or a sub-optimal endometrial microbiota.

Factors such as asymptomatic infections, persistent inflammation, or a displaced implantation window can negatively affect the uterus's ability to receive the embryo.

MiFERT&i comprehensively addresses these factors, offering a complete analysis that facilitates personalised intervention to improve outcomes in assisted reproduction treatments
